This policy explains how Wurthy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Wurthy,” “we,” “us”), handles information about visitors to the Wurthy website at wurthy.co (the “Site”).

This policy covers the marketing website only. The Wurthy platform — the product you sign up for — collects and uses information differently, and is governed by its own privacy policy presented when you create an account.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. If you contact us (for example by emailing hello@wurthy.co) or provide your email address to get started, we receive what you send: your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect standard device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, the page you came from, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this is collected through server logs, and some through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) in the ways most modern websites do:

• Essential cookies make the Site work — they remember things like your preferences and are required for the Site to function properly.

We share visitor information with service providers who help us run the Site and our marketing — for example, our hosting provider and the analytics and advertising services described above — and when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information for money.

We keep correspondence, log, and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@wurthy.co. 7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The Site links to other sites and services, including the Wurthy platform’s sign-up flow. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
